Evangelical Movement of Wales

EMW runs a theological training course designed to help a man develop the graces and gifts which God has imparted to him, so that he will be an effective preacher and teacher of God’s Word, a pastor of God’s people and be able to function evangelistically in God’s world.  Details are on the Theological Training page of their website.

New Breed

New Breed is a fresh church planting movement for those who are willing to give everything and stop at nothing to see the gospel of Jesus take root in the nation of Wales once more.  Compelled by a passion for God’s glory and compassion for the lost, New Breed churches are not afraid to take risks and break out of the established mould as we pursue a vision to plant cutting-edge churches in Wales that are Biblical, Missional, and Radical.  See the New Breed blog for information.

Caleb Ministries – Creating Anointed Leaders to Empower the Body

Caleb Ministries is a non-denominational ministry that seeks to serve the Body of Christ in Wales by offering a wide range of supportive options.  These include:
• The Caleb 2 year Leadership Development Course  This takes place once a month.
• The Caleb Short Courses for Leaders  These take 4 sessions and can be delivered either over a weekend or in 4 consecutive sessions.
• The Caleb Medium Length Leadership Courses  These take 6 sessions and can be delivered either over 2 weekends or in 6 consecutive sessions.
• Caleb Church and Ministry Consultancies  This service was designed to work alongside churches or ministries and their leaders to help them identify their vision, values and mission and then work alongside them to help them achieve these objectives.
• Caleb Regional Leadership Breakfast Seminars  Already taking place on a monthly basis in the Rhondda and Cardiff, we are seeking to expand these breakfast seminars into more regions throughout Wales.  Designed purely and only to facilitate the building of relational bridges of Kingdom unity among fellow leaders and aspiring leaders in a given region, these seminars aim to celebrate our oneness in Christ and explore how we can best help one another advance His Kingdom in our various spheres of influence.

You can read about all these courses and much more on our website at www.caleb.org.uk

Verse of the Day

Matthew 28:18-20
“Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
